Chai an Conditions of Approval attached 1;2,-)-77 Date Yes L- No MEMORANDUM November 23, 1977 To: Planning and Zoning Commission From: City Engineer Subject: Site Plan Review Meeting of December 1, 1977 Addition to a commercial building, 1910 French Avenue It is recommended this addition be approved only after the proponent agrees to reconstruct the existing sanitary sewer with cast iron pipe and encase in concrete for a length to extend on each side of his proposed addition. This is a standard requirement, in that the footers for this addition extend into the right-of-way and are in close proximity to an existing sanitary sewer line.
