PENSION BOARD MEETING MINUTES — SPECIAL MEETING
Thursday, February 25,, 2021— 9:00 A.M.
Pursuant to Executive Order 20-179 signed by Governor DeSantis on Rfly 29, 2020, and in accordanrce with
F.S. 120.54(5) (b) 2, notice of use of communications media technology for public participcabon and

1. Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. The following Trustees were present in-person:
Michael Taylor, Hector Rosado, and new Trustee Rick Eldridge. Attending virtually was Susy
Pita, Plan Administrator.
Trustee David White has informed the Plan Administrator that he no longer resides within the
City limits and, therefore; the City Commission will need to appoint another resident to replace
him. The Plan Administrator has already been in contact with the City Clerk regarding this
issue.
2. Appointment of 51h Member Trustee
A motion was made by Hector Rosado to appoint Bill Erwin as the new St' Member Trustee
replacing Darrel Presley. Seconded by Rick Eldridge, the motion carried unanimously.
3. Appointment of Officers
A motion was made by Hector Rosado to appoint Michael Taylor as the Chairman for the
Pension Board. Seconded by Rick Eldridge, the motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Rick Eldridge to appoint Bill Erwin as the Vice -Chairman for the Pension
Board. Seconded by Hector Rosado, the motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Rick Eldridge to appoint Hector Rosado as the Secretary for the Pension
Board. Seconded by Michael Taylor, the motion carried unanimously.

There were none.
