11/25/2021 Turkey Day 5K
0 City Staff will ensure lights are on and bathrooms are open by 5 AM
• Event Hours 7:30 — 9:30 AM
• A spider box is requested; to be placed near the finish line
• Road closures for the Turkey Day 5K course
• Est 1300 participants and a costume contest
• 1 officer is requested on site at the start/finish line at 5:30 AM
06/27/2021 Community Event
• Free community event for families
• Sunday 6/27/21; 1— 5 pm
0 Support from Publix Works is not needed
• Food and drinks will be provided
• To be held in the gated area of the Barn
• Event parking will be in the grass
• Solid Waste was not on the call for input; will follow-up regarding dumpster requirement

The insurance requirement isbeing worked out
Applicant will reach out to the Fire Department and Sgt. Strobridgetorequest fire and police
Participation. Jennifer will provide the contact information.
Staff Discussion:
Festival Puertorriqueno y Multicultural — Lost their location. They will need to relocate the
event.
Kaleidoscope Artisan Market will be invited to next SERC Meeting
