Add On Items/New Business:
07/24/2021 Summer of Sours
• The applicant would like to use the parking area in the alley behind Deviant Wolf and the
adjacent business.
• A dumpster will be required and will be placed on the east side
• Cars and barricades will be required to block off the event area
• Guest will enter the event space through the front entrance to Deviant Wolf
• Jennifer expressed concern of the event becoming larger than indicated
• PD feels less traffic in the alley and not like a road

• Event hours 4 —10 pm
• Applicant feels the noise level approved for commercial zoning will be sufficient and a noise
permit will not be needed
• No additional City services are requested

Henry's Depot Summer Concert Series
• Applicant estimates 500 guest
• No road closure
• Parking lot will be blocked off to allow for stage separate from allotted parking area
• Applicant is waiting for Myrtle Avenue constructin meeting on 6/8 to get clarification on project
timeline.
• PD would like hard barricades to separate parking and stage area. The applicant agrees to use
vehicles.
8/14/20201 Festival Puertorrqueno
• The applicant's schedule did not allow him to join SERC for discussion today. He will return on
6/15 to disucess the event.
Post Reports
• Jennifer request post report for Paint the City Purple and Saford Avenue Block Party
Upcoming Events:
• Ronnie McNeil will assign Fire Department staff from 12 —10:30 pm for the Hurricane Party
event due to the large number of anticipated guests.
• The last outdoor band will end at 10:30 pm with indoor bands ending by 11 pm.
