° Classic car show; approximately 38cars with 6Ucars maximum

• Texas Road House tent with box lunches

w Jennifer requested acopy ofTexas Roadhouse liquor license
• Barricades will be used to close event space; barricades provided by the applicant; does not need rental from
City
° Police officer will be required for event space if alcohol is outside the event footprint
10/05/2021 National Night Out
• The City lift gate truck will need tobeused on Monday prior tothe event
w David Sanders (Parks) is familiar with the event and will be able to assist with set-up.
* Banner space is not currently available; applicant request to hang banner on splash pad
• Jennifer will reach out tu Benson regarding banners
• Applicant request recycle bins; check previous files for quantity

* Jennifer - inquired about the need an extension of premise because event space is outside of the approved
footprint. Applicant was unsure of what was required in the past. Confirmation is required. If extensions is
required, they will not sell outside.

• Vendors will be located onPalmetto near Celery City. Food trucks and beer trailer will belocated onthe

w City services — one 8 -yard clumpster and City staff for final clean-up (2 hours)
* Applicant will primarily use volunteer staff to maintain clean-up during and after event
* There isa16team limit toentries

The applicant requested to extend the event timeline an additional hour to allow sufficient time for clean-up
and breakdown. No other changes are requested.

After discussion this is not deemed a special event. The applicant states they will only invite the AMVETS and
their guest to the event. The event will not be advertised or promoted to the public. A refund of the
application fee will beprocessed.
11/20/2021 TGW Truck Tugs
* Applicant submitted two applications. One application was not received with the 60 day required
timeframe. The event for 11/20/2021 can proceed with the event process and seek approval.
w The truck tug will follow previously established guidelines
w It is noted that City Commission will only approve a noise permit until 10 PM
* Event hours are 5—l0PK8
• Police staff confirmed event footprint, road closure and rules will be the same
• Solid waste will require anadditional dumpster
w Discussion ofgroup from Tampa charging for parking inthe Farmers Market, Winn Dixie and the tire store.
The applicant is not aware and is not working with the organization. Lindsay will follow-up regarding
parking. |facontract exist, City staff would like mcopy.
