The applicant has this equipment. * Alcohol will NOT besold outdoors; only beer will beserved ° An open container permit will be needed because servers will be processing payment for alcohol purchases indoors. Nnoutdoor purchase will bemade. * Risk Management confirmed the applicant will provide the COI and name the City of Sanford as additionally insured. ° Police staff request estimated number of attendance. The applicant expects 75 — 100 participants. Due to alcohol outdoors, one officer will beassigned for event security. • Solid Waste Dept requested plan for trash clean up. The applicant does not require an additional clumpster.
