Old Business
• Christina Hollerbach moved to approve the Museum Advisory Board and
Marketing/Programming, and Collections minutes. Seconded by Sean McCann. Motion
carried.
0 New Collection items accepted:
o Claudia Brown's fathers photo collection. Claudia's father was the photographer
for the black community in Sanford. Ms. Brown is allowing the Museum to scan

Ms. Stephenson would also like to get with Ms. HoUerbach regarding the German
connection ie.jai|house, Firehouse, toSanford while focusing on specific groups and
trying to get them interested in opening a business in Sanford.

Tom Tomnedin suggested using the upstairs area of building, while working with the
owner, to learn the history of a building.
� Exhibits: Seminole High School has group within the school named PSI High (a high
school within a High School that is geared toward project based learning with advisors).
This group would beable towork atthe Museum and would assist increating exhibits as
well as creating "mini exhibit" on campus at Seminole High School.

Smith Bar Room Challenge to return in April 2O22,The winner Ofthe challenge will be
asked to provide the alcoholic beverages at the 65th Anniversary event. However, Ms.
Stephenson will need to discuss this with the Historical Society regarding payment of
police fees.
