The event will be held in Ft. Mellon Park. The applicant request rental of Pavilion I and the green
space.

In this Nerf war event, participants will battle in teams for the opportunity to advance to the main
summer event.
Tents will be staked with tent stakes and will not cause damage toirrigation inthe park

Applicant request two additional trash cans
Guests will be encouraged to visit local business for food and beverage. None will be available at the
event. Guests will be 8||ovved to bring coolers. No alcohol will be allowed.

The event will include a maximum of six food trucks, merchandise vendors, live music, and community
speakers.

Food trucks will be along Seminole Boulevard, facing into the park and will serve guest on the park side.
The applicant is expecting a larger attendance that last year and would like police presence. Jennifer suggested
contacting the community outreach officer, and will provide his contact information.
City will provide cones to secure the food truck area. The applicant will supply stakes and caution tape.
