Drop off locations
Hollerbach will drop off at the Information Center and other places of business
• Handley will drop off to apartment complexes he works with

• Make a list of brochure locations and how many were delivered

• Sanford Museum has a gmail so they can do that

Logo updates
• Logo needs dimensions for various social media
• Handley will resize for FB, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Museum 65th Anniversary
• Confirm Historical Society participation
• Ask for two volunteers from the Historical Society to assist with planning
• Confirm availability with the Historical Society for a meeting on November 30th
Pop up exhibit in Georgetown Historic District
• Collecting Georgetown history for February
• Hopper as a catalyst
• Thank you party

• Museum working with Dr. Lester and RICHES to how to collect oral history
• Dr. Lester has worked with other Central Florida Black Communities
• Perfect opportunity for the new Diversity Equity and Inclusion Board
