AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1990 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A
ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENTS CHANGING THE ZONING OF A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN THE
ABANDONED SCL RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND VIHLEN ROAD AND
BETWEEN UPSALA ROAD AND OLD MONROE ROAD EXTENDED
SOUTHERLY FROM SR1-AA, SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING
RESIDENTIAL, TO PD, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1990 of the City of Sanford,
Florida passed and adopted December 28, 1988, said Ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location andl use of buildings,
structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or
other purposed, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
A portion of that certain property lying
between the abandoned SCL Railroad right-of-
way and Vihlen Road and between Upsala Road
and Old Monroe Road extended southerly is
proposed to be rezoned from SR1-AA, Single
Family Dwelling Residential, to PD, Planned
Development. Said property being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 24, New Upsala, as recorded in Plat Book
1, Page 67 of the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR1-AA, Single Family
Dwelling Residential, to PD, Planned Development and the Master
Plan for Pamela Oaks and conditions of development attached as
Exhibits "A" and "B" are incorporated herein by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2: Severability. If any section or portion of a
section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or
unconstitutional it shall not be held to impair the validity, force
or effect of any other section or part of a section of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3: Conflicts. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. That this Ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
