At its regular meeting of June 18, 1998, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered a
request for a Conditional Use for property located at 1514 S. Mangoustine Avenue for the
purpose of establishing a church office and multi -purpose building with an associated Dimensional
Variance for a reduction in side yard building setback requirements within an MR-2, Multiple
Family Residential Zoning District.
The action of the Commission was to approve the request based on the existing character of the
immediate area at the present time and the fact that the proposed building setbacks are similar to
setbacks provided by other properties in the general area.
