Museum's 65th anniversary

• Next month we need to have a map, finalized event outline, event posted on FB, and
save the date out.
• Invite Brendan Urias from the tweed bicycle club and Reg Garner for photo
opportunities.

w Tickets sales through CivRec, $3Oper ticket iffood/beverage are donated. |f
food/beverage are not donated the ticket price will need to increase. 60 maximum ticket
sales.

Check into Wayne Densch catering for beer and wine. Smith barroom challenge winner
for specialty drink. Stephanie Heller will look for Charcuterie catering.
• Possible Live entertainment, vintage carnival performers, music, string quartet, etc
• Videos "What to wear to a picnic in the late 19th century" or the founding of the
Museum, Hopper Academy.
* Free ticket - can be free if we put logo of the printer on it
