Wayne Densch Expansion PD, based on consistency with the goals, objectives and policies of the
City's Comj)rehensive Plan as recommended by staff and subject to a development order that
includes all recommended conditions and standards, Mr. Von Ilurbulis seconded. Motion carried,
5-0.
