Mr. Fiorentino moved to approve the minutes for the April 7, 2022 meeting. Mrs. Wilson seconded.

PH -1 Hold a Public Hearing to consider a PD, Planned Development rezone to establish a townhome
community at project address 1700 Lowe Avenue.

Mr. Vonl-lerbulis moved to recommend that City Commission adopt an ordinance to rezone
approximately 5.35 acres tirom AG, Agriculture to PD, Planned Development for the Lowe Avenue
Townhomes at 1700 Lowe Avenue based on consistency with the goals, objectives and policies of
the City's Coinprehensive Plan as recommended by staff and subject to a development order that
includes all recommended conditions and standards with changing the condition #5, that a 6 foot
decorative vinyl privacy fence shall be behind the buildings with breaks in between, would like to
alter #6 , and connect to the side of each end unit, and would like to alter 9 8, the owner shall install
a minimum of 5 foot wide sidewalks on the west side of Lowe Avenue connecting to Derby park
and Bentley Elementary, and would like to add #11, that they will need to add vertical landscaping
to the south of the property that must be minimum 6 foot one year after planting. Mr. Fiorenlino
seconded. Motion carried, 7-0.
PH -2 Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use for Urban Infill to re-establish a non -
confirming site for the purpose of establishing a vocational school with associated dormitories at
project address 500 Holly Avenue.

address of 149 Anthony Drive, Mr. Miller seconded. Motion carried, 7-0.
PH -6 Hold a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and the Water
Supply Plan.

Mr. VonHerbulis moved to recommend that the City Commission approve the draft Ordinance
providing the Comprehensive Plan amendment to modify the Public Facilities and Community
Resources Element in accordance with controlling State law and adopt the Water Facilities Work
