family residential development subject to a Development Order containing the conditions as
recommended by staff, including a revision on #1 recommendation to expire after 5 years of the
effective ordinance date of the ordinance if a site development permit is not issued, it reverts
back to 3 years and to revise the buffer requirenlent between the commercial and residential to be
either concrete wall or a decorative fence that matched the City Codes to all for flexibility.
Moreover, the building height will be at the rnwximurn of 4 stories or 56 feet to be consistent

Fiorentino and Victoria Wilson opposed, Mr. Fiorentino stated that it does not meet the
comprehensive plan objectives of maintaining resource protection as a priority. Mrs. Wilson states
that that our Comprehensive plan outlines protection for natural wetlands and that protection on
wetlands not being met.

Family Residential to SR -1, and Single Family Residential at 3500 Sanford Avenue to bring the

Fiorentino seconded. Motion carried, 7-0.
