Mrs. Wilson states that that our Comprehensive plan outlines protection for natural wetlands and that protection on wetlands not being met. PH -6 Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Rezone approximately of 1.3 acres from MR -3, Multiple Family Residential to SR -1, and Single Family Residential at 3500 Sanford Avenue to bring the property into compliance with its existing future land use. Mr. Miller moved to recommend the City Commission approve the rezoning of 1.3 acres from, MR -3, Multiple Family Residential to SR -1, and Single Family Residential at 3500 Sanford Avenue to bring the property into compliance with, its existing future land use of LIAR -F. Mr. Fiorentino seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. Park Avenue) Mr. Miller moved to approve the city commission approve the ordinance to establish a single- fiu,nily residence in the RI -1, Restricted Industrial zoning district at 2548 Orange Avenue (subject to a Development Order that includes the conditions recommended by staff).
