Mellini Applicant: Nicole Martin — Madden, Moohead & Stokes, LLC (431 East Ratio Avenue) Mrs. Wilson moved to recommend the City Commission adopt an Ordinance to amend the Planned Development zoning of approximately 23.54 acres to modify land use and design standards for a portion of the Paulucci PD and establish the Carter Acquisitions PD, proposed 320 -unit multiple family residential development with a commercial outparcel with a project address of 1751 Rinehart Road as recommended by staff and subject to a Development Order that includes all recommended conditions. Mr. Miller seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. PH -7 Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Variance request to add a drive through at 3715 Orlando Drive. Tax Parcel Number: 11-20-30-5U-0000-0040 Property Owner: RB Seminole, LLC Applicant: Tim McCormick — Harris Civil Engineers, LLC Mr, Von Herbulis moved to approve the variance to install an drive thru with reduced development standards at 3715 Orlando Drive subject to a Development Order that includes the conditions as recommended by staff. In addition, the applicant shall work with city staff to modify the drive- thru lanes to provide a consistent 12 foot drive thru lane width. Mr, Miller seconded. Motion carried, 7-0.
