He also stated the noise that will create in Downtown. Mr. Miller seconded. Motion carried, 5-1. Ashlee Woodard opposed the reductionin open spacesitingthe LDR Section 3.0, Section G. Citizen Participation: -Robert Hunter(3730 Kentucky Street):Expressed his concerned in regardingtraffic issues, drainage issues, and townhomes not being compatible to the area. PH-6Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use for Urban Infill request to establish manufacturing in the SC-3, Special Commercial Zoning District for a Brewery with an associated taproom at 111 Magnolia Avenue. Tax Parcel Number: 25-19-30-5AG-0302-0110 Property Owner: Sydney A. Speer and Rose Corso Applicant: Aaron Libera –Community Brewhouse Mr. Miller moved to approvethe Conditional Use request for 111 Magnolia Avenue specifically the tenant space addressed as 115 Magnolia Avenuesubject to a Development Order with the conditions as recommended by staff.Mrs. Wilson seconded. Mr. Thomas moved to approvethe Conditional Use request to establish a Laundromat at 2701 Orlando Drive subject to a Development Order with the conditions as recommended by staff. Mrs. Wilson seconded. Motion carried, 6-0. PH-8Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to incorporate a Private Property Rights Element into the Plan. Representative: Sabreena Colbert –Senior Planner Mrs. Wilson moved to recommendthe City Commission approve an Ordinance providing for theComprehensive Planamendment toincorporate a Property Rights Element in accordance with controlling State law. Mr. Miller seconded. Motion carried, 6-0.
