Moment of Silence Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Minutes Mr. Fiorentino moved to approve the minutes, with modification, for the May 6, 2021 meeting. Mr. Thomas seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. Public Hearing PH -1 CONTINUED FROM MAY 6, 2021 Hold a Public Hearing to rezone approximately 3.06 acres from RMOI, Multi Family Residential -Office -Institutional to PD, Planned Development to establish the Vistas at Lake Monroe PD, a proposed 100 -unit multiple family residential development with a project address of 1100 E. 1 ` Street. Tax Parcel Number: 30-19-31-506-0100-0010, 30-19-31-506-0100-0020 and 30-19-31-506- 0100-0040 Property Owner: Paul V. Park Avenue, Sanford) The board made a rule motion: Mrs. Wilson moved to continue this item to the next meeting (July 1, 2021). Mr. Fiorentino seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. Another motion was made: Mr. Fiorentino made a motion that the deadline to submit all pertinent documents, to staff would be by the close of business on June 17, 2021 relating to this item. Mr. Miller seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. Citizen Participation: Ven Sequencia (114 North Summerlin Avenue, Sanford): He thanked the board for not pushing through this item with the limited amount of time that was given. He does not want to delay this item but he would rather wait another month and that has had time to review the information. Amy Berrios (234 N. Scott Avenue, Sanford): Wanted to clarify the rule motion that was made and she stated that they will also need time to give staff and the board a response once they obtain staff analysis. Board told her that they will have 7days. Vernon Gerdes (1407 E. 2nd Street, Sanford): Wanted to clarify that this item was continued to the next meeting and that no verbal comment will be heard at that moment. PH -2 Hold a Public Hearing to rezone approximately 9.59 acres from PD, Planned Development to Rl- 1, Restricted Industrial with a project address of 205 Aero Lane. Tax Parcel Numbers: 26-19-30-5AE- 1800-0000 and 26-19-30-5AE- 1800-0001 Property Owner: Richard G. Moore Applicant: Larry Poliner, P.E. — RCE Consultants, LLC Representative: Tara Tendra (215 N. Eola Drive, Orlando, FL) Mr. Fiorentino moved to recommend the City Commission to adopt an ordinance to rezone 9.59 acres 205 Aero Lane from PD, Planned Development to RI -1, Restricted Industrial, Mrs. Wilson seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. PH -3 Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use request to establish Vehicle Accessory Sales and Installation at 1021 Monroe Road. Tax Parcel Number: 16-19-30-5AC-0000-013A Property Owner: Todd N. Pemberton Applicant: Sid Vihlen, Jr. (670 VihIen Road, Sanford FL) Daniel Lewis declared that he made a site visit Mr. Miller moved to approve the Conditional Use to establish Vehicle Accessory Sales and Installation at .1021 Monroe Road subject to a Development Order that includes the conditions recomrnended by staff. Mr. Lewis seconded. Airport Boulevard subject to a Development Order that includes the conditions recommended by staff, Mr. Fiorentino seconded, Motion carried, 7-0. PH -5 Hold a Public Hearing to consider modifications to the City of Sanford Land Development Regulations Schedule N — Subdivision Requirements. Representative: Sabreena Colbert — Senior Planner Mr, Fiorentino moved to recommend the City Commission approve the modifications to Schedule N of the Land Development Regulations, Mr. Lewis seconded. Motion carried, 7-0. Citizen Participation - Linda Parker (3 05 S.
