Moment of Silence Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Mn Fiorentino moved to not excuse the absence of Derrick Thomas and Victoria Wilson. Mn Mills seconded. Motion carried, 5-0. Minutes Mr. Fiorentino moved to approve the minutes for the January 7, 2021 meeting. Mr. Mills seconded. Motion carried, 5-0. Development Plans DP -1 Consider a request for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Mayfair Cove, a proposed twelve (12) lot single family residential development with a project address of 430 Lake Boulevard. He filed the appropriate disclosure forms prior to the meeting. Mr. Fiorentino moved to approve Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Mayfair Coves with a project address of 430 Lake Boulevard subject to conditions as recommended by staff. Mr. Lewis seconded. Motioned carried, 5-0. Public Hearing PH -1 Hold a Public Hearing to amend a portion of the approved Ethnos 360 PD at 1701 Celery Avenue by converting approved 60 -foot wide lots to 40 -foot wide lots for the single-family residential portion of the Ethnos 360 PD. Tax Parcel Numbers: 31-19-31-300-0020-0000, 31-19-31-300-0290-0000, 32-19-31-300-0220- 0000, 32-19-31-300-071A-0000 Property Owner: New Tribes Mission, Inc. Applicant: William Burkett — Burkett Engineering, LLC (105 E. Robinson Street, Suite 501, Orlando, FL 32801 Additional Representative: Dan Kreider- Ethnos 360 (312 W lst Street, Sanford, FL) Mr. Mills moved to recommend the City Commission adopt an Ordinance to amend a portion of the approved Ethnos 360 PD at 1701 Celery Avenue by converting the approved 60 -foot wide lots to 40 -foot wide lots for the single family residential portion of the Ethnos 360 PD subject to a Development Order that includes all the conditions proposed by staff if approved. Mr. Miller seconded. The motion passed by a vote of 3 to 2, with Daniel Lewis and Dominic Fiorentino dissenting. Mr. Lewis and Mr. Fiorentino stated the proposed PD amendment is not compatible/consistent with surrounding land uses and development patterns. Citizen Participation: - Loi Van Loan-Flink (320 Conch Key Way): States that she is concern of drainage and traffic issues PH -2 Hold a Public Hearing to amend approximately 19.57 acres of the approved North Park Commerce Center (aka McDonald) Planned Development to modify land use and development standards and establish the North Park PD, a proposed industrial development with a project address of 3849 Church Street.
