Representative: Sabreena Colbert –Senior Planner Mr. Fiorentino moved to recommendthe City Commission approvethe text amendment for the first Comprehensive Planamendment of 2021.Mrs. Wilsonseconded. Motion carried, 7-0. PH-5CONTINUED FROM DECEMBER 3, 2020 MEETING Hold a Public Hearing to consider modifications to the City of Sanford Land Development Regulations Schedule K –Sign Regulations. Representative: Jordan Smith, AICP –Senior Planner Mr. Mills move to recommendthe City Commission approvethe ordinance to amend the Future Land Use Map of the City’s Comprehensive Planand to transmit the amendments to the FDEO. Mr. Lewis seconded. Motioned carried, 7-0. PH-6CONTINUED FROM DECEMBER 3, 2020 MEETING Hold a Public Hearing to consider modifications to the City of Sanford Land Development Regulations Schedule S –Historic Preservation as it relates to signage, parking and procedural elements.
