Land Use map designation for four (4) parcels totaling 10.8 acres from HIP-TI, High Intensity
Planned Development Target Industry (Seminole County Designation) to WIC,Westside
Industry and Commerce (City Designation) at 493, 495, 501 N. White Cedar.

four parcels with a combined property of 10.80 acres from AG, Agriculture to PD, Planned
Development and amend the NorthPort Industrial Park PD with an additional 10.80 acres as
recommended by staff subject to a Development Order that include all recommended conditions.
Mr. Lewisseconded.Motion carried, 7-0.
PH-3Hold a Public Hearing to Rezone0.42 acres from AG, Agriculture to RI-1, Restricted Industrial
at 299 Monroe Road.

meeting requirements, where off-street parking cannot be reasonably accommodated on-site.

first Comprehensive Planamendment of 2021.Mrs. Wilsonseconded. Motion carried, 7-0.

Hold a Public Hearing to consider modifications to the City of Sanford Land Development
Regulations Schedule K –Sign Regulations.

Mr. Mills move to recommendthe City Commission approvethe ordinance to amend the Future
Land Use Map of the City’s Comprehensive Planand to transmit the amendments to the FDEO.
Mr. Lewis seconded. Motioned carried, 7-0.

Regulations Schedule S –Historic Preservation as it relates to signage, parking and procedural
elements.
