DEAR PROPERTY OWNER:
The above described property has been inspected by
the building department and has been determ;',ned to l,,e in
violation of the Southarn StaAdi;,d Housing Code, section
306.4 and City of Sanford OrIQinari�e' No. 1162.
On you were granted 30 days to elimi-
nate this violation. This time will have expired on
City Ordinance 1162 is hereby quoted in part for your inform-

ati on:
(c) In the event the item to be removed as designated
in the notice is not removed t-rithin ten (10) days of the date
of receipt of such notic0l, the City of Sanford shall have the
authority to remove the item from the property and a statement
shall be submitted to the property owner or occupant for the
amount of the expenses incurred by the City of Sanford in re-
moving such item. If the statement is not paid within thirty
(30) days of the -' _,,te of the statement , the City of Sanford
shall have the right to file a lien against the property from
which the item was removed for the amount of the statement
subm"...tted to the property owner or occupant and srid lien shall
be valid and in full force and effect until payment in full.
On your 10 day final notice will have
expired and the above action will be promulga_ed.
