General Description of Package Spray
Booths.
Bink,, Automotive Package Spray Booths provide a

Fitter Media
The package booths use the new Andreae filter media
for exhaust filtering. The media is made of special
non tire supporting paper which is formed into double
acco,dion type folds with staggered holes which pro
vide- a highly efficient filter. Paint laden air is caused
to cl inge d.rection four times by the filter before it is
exha isted. Fach time the air changes direction, paint
part] ;les are thrown off by centrifugal force and ad-
here to the filter surfaces. Binks Andreae filters can
last from three to five times longer thaw pad type
filter ,. The filter is suppli,wi in collapsible packs which
save s storage space_
ConstructionBoo hs are constructed of 18 gauge, rigidly reinforced
corrinanion flanged sheet steel panels and are ready
for I )Ming. Panels are factory painted inside and out.
Suf? cient white paint is provided for painting the in-
teric r after erection. Door opening is increased to a
full 10' wide by 8'10" high to provide better access
with a minimum turning radius.

Package Booth
The special features of this package
booth are Andreae Paint Filters, 20 air
filters, 34" diameter exhaust fan with 1 1�,
H.P. 2.30/60 cycle 3 phase open typo
motor, two fan rings and 12' length of
spiral exhaust stack with cyan -out door.
The personnel access doo (216" x 6'9")
can be positioned on either side. Booths
can be supplied with solid back or with
drive-thru doors. Specify floor or curb
mount, (curb supplied by customer). For
New York State booths consult your
Binks representative.

age booths have: buen engineered to provide proper
air movement, improved lighting, efficient exhaust air
filtering . all in one complete package. Package
booths include exhaust fan and motor, lights, draft
gauge, and exhaust stack components. Additional
package spray booths are shown on pages 27 and 28.
Filter Media
The package booths use the new Andreae filter media
for exhaust filtering. The media is made of special
non -fire supporting paper which is formed into double
accordion type folds with staggered holes which pro-
vides a highly efficient filter. Paint laden air is caused
to change direction four times by the filter before it is
exhausted. Each time the air changes direction, paint
particles are thrown off by centrifugal force and ad-
here to the filter surfaces. Binks Andreae filters can
last from three to five times longer than pad type
