1. Remove old office and concrete safe base from area near
front doors.
2. Install 2 x 4 (or 2 x 6) stud partition floor to ceili g C/"oof clec�C)
(12 ft. high) from front to rear partition (93 ft.) with
5/8 sheetrock, taped and ready for painting on both sides.
3. Install V.A. tile floor in sales area -(approximately
6,700 sq. ft.).
4. install 2 electric.outlets in floor for cash registers.
(See sketch).
5. Remove all wall paper (steam off) from side and front walls
in south half of premises. .
6. Install finish coat of plastertoall wall surfaces in south
half where necessary:
7. Remove ceramic tile�partition from rear divider partition.
8. Install 2 x 4 stud partition, 7 ft. high; for 32 feet to close
off rear divider partition where ceramic_tile alcove was
removed. Sheetrock both sides, taped and ready for painting.

9. Widen present double action door opening to 6 feet—, ;
10. Remove present raised concrete slab in rear stock area.
11. Paint walls and ceiling in both washrooms in south half of
premises.
12. Paint all walls in stock area.
13. Replace all missing or damaged ceiling the in sales area.
(Replace with ceiling tile from north half of premises).
14. Paint walls and ceiling in sales area.
15. Wash all fluorescent fixtures in sales and stock room area.
Install all new lamps. Replace ballast where needed. Save
old lamps and store in north half of premises.

16. Clean venetian blinds in.front plate glass windows in

17. Clean up and cut weeds around park'ing�lot; vacant lot

19. Re -condition both Norton front doors. No fir% �u G%fS
20. install 5 x 6.box bin and 20 ft..,of wrapping table per
sketch.
21. Paint rain gutters and fascia boards on entire front of
A & P building.
22. Paint underside of front canopy.
23. Install electric drinking fountain in rear stock area
(see sketch),
24. Install 208V (or 220 or,:240V) electrical outlet at rear
j receiving door for Uni-Lift machine.(see sketch).
k 25. install Manager's office, 12 x 12 with 2 x 4 stud ;partitions,
8 ft. high, 5/8 sheetrock both sides,,taped and ready to paint.
Three duplex receptacles. 24 x 36 piece of one way glass in
center of north wall 42" above floor. 3/0 x`6/8 flush door
with key on knob lock.
26. Concrete slab, level with store floor, 25 ft. Tong by 11 to
13 ft. wide and 2 steel posts as shown on sketch.
