off present shingles and replace with 20 year fiberglass shingles. Remove
all trash from .area. Our men will go around entire house with a magnet to insure proper nail pick
up. Your property will be. neat and clean when we walk away.. Dry
in with 15# felt. Replace
lead bogus on all vent pipes. Replace
metal drip edge if customer desires. * NO Replace
any 10" vents if there are any existing on roof. Shingles
to be applied in proper professional manner:. Customer
to select shingle and color of choice. We
use overlap method of drying in any valleys plus-16'r valley metal for added protection. We
finish off valleys with California lacing for neatness in appearance.. We
are covered by workmen's compensation' and liability insurance at all times. Feel
free to request references. A
manufacturers 20 year shingle warranty will be issued upon job completion. Be very careful not to clean
shingles. The warranty will be automatically void if you do so. We
can discuss this further. REROOF
