WITNESSETH: In consideration of
covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the parties agree as follows: Seller will furnish, as per Sketch

1) 8'x10' pylon sign and pole cover,
and one (1) set of illuminated channel letters and "
bear", and two (2) directory signs
and reinstall them at said .location.. PYZ^

signs. Permit costs will be
billed at cost and billed separately from this .
