PROOF OF INSURANCE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE OWNER PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. 01.5 CONTRACTOR(5) SHALL EXAMINE EXISTING CONDITIONS AT THE JOTS 51TE TO VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND THE EXTENT OF WORK. IF CONTRACTOR 0B5ERVE5/DI5COVERS ANY AREA OF THE PROJECT (INCLUDED IN WORK OR NOT) THAT 15 NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODES, HE SHALL NOTIFY THE DE5IGNER/ENGINEER. 01./o CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMEN5ION5 IN THE FIELD AND NOTIFY DE5IGNER/ENGINEER OF DISCREPANCIES. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL QUANTITIES, DIMENSIONS, AND FINAL DETERMINATIONS AS TO THE EXTENT OF THE WORK. 01.1 ALL SUB CONTRACTORS SHALL HAVE OR EXAMMINE A COMPLETE SET OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUt-IENT5 AND BE RE5PON51BLE TO NOTIFY GENERAL CONTRACTOR IF THEIR WORK WILL NOT COORDINATE SMOOTHLY WITH THE OVERALL PROJECT. 01,5 CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION AND FOR THE COORDINATION ON ALL WORK. 01.9 THE DESIGNER AND / OR ENGINEER SHALL NOT HAVE CHARGE, CONTROL OR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS, SEQUENCES, PROCEDURES OR FOR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROGRAMS. 01,10 THE COHTRACTOR'5 "REQUEST FOR PAYMENT" SHALL INCLUDE RELEASES OF LIEN FOR ALL MATERIAL. SUPPLIERS AND 51-15-CONTRACTORS WORK RELATING TO THE REQUEST FOR PAYMENT. 01,11 ALL CHANGE ORDERS SHALL BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK TO BE CHANGED. 01,12 ALL REQUIRED TESTS SHALL BE PER.FORIMED Bl' AN APPROVED TESTING LAB. TESTS RESULTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO OWNER, ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER COST OF TESTS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN CONTRACT PRICE. 01,15 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR ALL PREFABRICATED ITEMS OF THE U10RK THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN APPROVAL OF SHOP DRAWINGS PRIOR TO FABRICATION. SAMPLES SHALL BE SUBMITTED UPON REQUEST. 01.14 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE ALL WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE OR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 01.15 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN ALL AREAS OF THE WORK AFTER CONSTRUCTION 15 COMPLETED. ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE JOB 51TE AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE. 01.10 TEMPORARY SHORING OF ANY TYPE AND PURPOSE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.
