Repair all cracks or breaks in membrane. 2) Install one additional ply strip on perimeter edge covering gravel stop flange (approx. 8 — 12 " strip). 3) Pour hot asphalt on perimeter and reinstall gravel surface. 4) Inspect wall areas below roof edge and check all wall flashing and caulk. Make repairs as required. Note: We will have to access the grass area in order to get the tar kettle close enough to the roof area. We have not included new sod for any areas. If this will be a requirement, please advise and we will requote the above work. We will be as careful as possible to prevent damage to the sod. The below price is good for 30 days.
