Comment: Plans reviewed as Business Occupancy. FD reserves right to require applicable code
requirements if occupancy use changes. Sprinkler System require per local city ordinance.
Fire sprinkler system shall be monitored per City of Sanford local ordinance. Fire sprinkler
contractor to submit design criteria for sprinkler system. Fire alarm system will be
required to have horn strobes and pull stations through -out, New code
requirement to notify each tenant
