Fire classification for joint tenant stair between
Roberts Kader Building and Williams Building at First
Street and Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.
1. Separating walls between Roberts Kader building and joint stair
16" solid masonry from first floor through the roof. Wall classifi-
cation one hour or better.
2. Separating walls between Williams building and joint stair 16" solid
masonry from first floor through the roof. Wall classification one
hour or better.
3. Openings from building area into the joint stair to be Glass "C" or
better to provide equivalent one hour separation.
4. Existing openings in joint stair walls to be reduced to standard
31--0" x 6'-8" size with 2 x 4 wood stud framing and 5/8" fire code
gyp board on both sides. Install standard hollow metal frame with
class TIC" rated wood door in 3'-0" x 6'-8" opening.
