STEEL FABRICATOR CONTRACTOR
(V)' 1. Remove coping or roof overhangonbuilding and/or canopy and install new Mansard
Style Conversion on front and I sides with Perimeter Lights, per plans and
specifications. Extend Canopy. ( ) Add attached Canopy. ( ) Install
Single Free -Standing Canopies.
(t� 2. Install Brick Veneer and Metal Siding, Simulated Board and Batten design on front
and two sides . Install Shutters. Rear Wall.: ( ) Brick with Board and Batten.
( ) Board and Batten only.
(v) 3. Furr down and block in openings over Display Windows and Entrance Doors at
Salesroom.
(v) 4. Furnish and install Store Front Bars, Glass and Glazing.
( ) 5. Remove Sash and block up opening in middle Window in Service Bay exterior wall.
(Metal building only).
( ) 6. Construct additional Bay (less foundation, floor, electric and plumbing, heating
and overhead doors). (Metal building only).
( ) 7. Furnish and install new Trash Enclosure.

fications. (0' Install new Gutters and Conductors. Install new Roof on new work.

and two coats on new work. Rear Wall to match color of brick.

Electrical Panel.
