1. Drainage flow is indicated on parking area, all run off
will be retained on owners property, North of parking area.
2. Septic tank permitting is approved by Seminole County
Health Department after site plan review.
3. Fire hydrant protection will be provided on right -of
way, to be located directly e of proposed building,
tied into 6" water line. tiv-f5,7'
4. Minimum of 1.5'0" shall be between existing and new
building.
5. Landscaping indicated on drawings shall be in compliance
with the City of Sanford requirements.
