(west) wall strip with 1-1/2" treated strips and insulate with styrofoam 1-1/2" insulation and wood panel finish. Put three new conduits for computer, dictaphone and receptacles in wall. - North wall - strip with 3/4" treated strips and styrofoam on west 6' and finish with drywall. Install 1 new conduit and double receptacle in wall. - South and east walls - 2"x4" frame with drywall each side up to 9' acoustical ceiling. At 3 locations install double receptacles on both inside and outside faces of walls. - 2'-8" x 6'-8"-1 3/8" solid core stained and varnished hardwood door (match existing) with heavy brushed aluminum commercial grade hardware (keyed). Match master existing keying and finishes and grades. Paint walls and trim to reasonably match existing paint. and trim. - 6" vinyl black base inside and out. - New 2'x4' acoustical drop ceiling @ 8' height with 6" batts of fiberglass insulation over it. - Return air grills (1 high on inside / 1 low on outside) of east wall. - Light switch and standard wiring to existing breaker panel board spare blank circuit spaces. All wiring breakers, etc., included. - 2 4-tubed recessed lay in light fixtures - One new a/c outlet with 8"xl6" aluminum grill with short duct with damper off existing duct and relocate existing drafting room outlet with 14"xl4" grills. -,.
