In regard to the property mentioned above the following fire
safety features shall be provided as required by the City of
Sanford Code.
1. An automatic fire sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA#13,
1980 shall be provided throughout the entire building.
2. Fire extinguishers shall be provided and located in accordance
with NFPA#10, 1980.
3. "NO SMOKING" signs shall be provided at the entrance of individ-
ual mercantile occupancies containing combustible goods.
4. Emergency lighting in accordance with 5-9 NFPA#101 shall be
provided.
5. Exit signs shall be provided in accordance with NFPA#101 (5-10).
6. Locking and latching devices provided for exit doors shall be
in accordance with 5-2.1.2.1.1, NFPA#101.
