Gentlemen:
In accordance with instructions given us, we are
submitting this as our intent of use statement concern-
ing the proposed construction of our building-on 14th
Street, City of Sanford.
We plan to construct a commercial warehouse build-
ing for the storage of Aluminum, Glass and Screen prod-
ucts and for the light assembly of same. We will be
leasing this building (copy of agreement attached) to
Mr. Royce Howe of Howe Glass and Aluminum who does -now
and who will continue to, occupy the building at 1401
French Avenue, City of Sanford.

NOTES TO DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF SCOVELL OIL COMPANY
1, Landscaping: Location will.call for the removal of some surface
brush and about four small trees less than 15' in height. We
will also 'do some minor trimming of limbs.on the 64". diameter
trunk oak tree which we will otherwise preserve. The front side
j ( 14th Street ) of the building will have a`planting area of
by._,approximately 34' which.,will be planted with Ligustrum plants,
on"t18" centers_for an eventual hedge effect. The area from the
planting area forward to the street will be sodded solid. We will
install sod around the balance of the building for a distance of
t.en feet out from the building. Due to the close proximity ( 13.'
between )-.of the Building on Lot #5 next door we have not shown
any.landscaping there. We do not feel that there$ would be ade
quate roomfor free movement of fire equipment between the buildings.
if ever necessary.
2.;"Parking:, As Mr Howe's employees all report to work at his location
at 1401 French Avenue, he has decided that they are to park at
that location along the North Side of the building in the shown
spaces. Access to the warehouse will be for loading and unloading
only of freight and his company trucks.
3. Signs: There will be no signs around or affixed to the warehouse
building other than if required by the. City of Sanford.
