SAN FORD Date December 2, 1982 Parking lot costs for New Bethal Baptist Church, 618 E 10th St. Rev Doctor was in to see me this morning re this church not being able to pave their parking lot as required by the City Code. The City Commission gave them a one year waiver 7/14/80. They have worked to set up a paving fund and not, have $10, 237. but they were told the cost was $22,000. Attached is the site plan,with the approved parking lot showing 761.11 square yards of paving plus the entrance from Hickory Ave. Please review and obtain current prices from -any reliable contractor as to would cost them to get it paved now. Have name of contractor to see what we can do to help them reach their end. Prepare. r praking pavement and get quote on that. I can not see over and someone must have "misunderstood" when the $22,000. as given to them.
