Dear Bill:
I am in receipt of a copy of the letter sent to you by Florida
Electrical Contractors concerning the service change at Guy's
Bar-B-Q.
I acknowledge the service and main size change.
It is my personal opinion, that there is not much room for
additional egVipmAt, however apparently the existing service is
adequate.
Personal Regards,
dalmes Melvin Archiect 218

Dear George;
In reference to your contractors question concerning
laying the new concrete slab on the existing paving.
Pierce the existing paving by means of a saw cut and
dig down to the depth indicated on the plans.Pour the footings
as per the plans.
The new concrete slab may then be cast upon the existing
paved area. Use visqueen and mesh as you would for a slab
on fill.
It is my understsnding, the existing paving is 521.11+ or -
lower than the existing.floor slab.If this is true, pour
the new slab solid directly on the existing paving.
If the new slab will exceed 611, fill within the foundation
walls with clean dirt and pour a 4" slab.
The new slab shall in no case be thinner than 4" thick.
If these instructions are not clear or you have any questions,
please call me.
