Arthur Treachers remodel job in Sanford. If these details are as
shown.in the actual job installation then they in my Architectural
opinion would be structurally safe and supercedes the requirement
required for the structural design.

Dear Mr. Payne:
I inspected the remodeling of the Arthur Treacher-s restaurant
on Wednesday, December 1, 1976 with regards to the steel joists
and roof deck system. The joists were reworked from other joists
and were oversized. In my opinion, the structure exceeds the
requirements of the Southern Standard Building Code.
