6ER3RAL SPRNKUR NOTES
1. Tenant's contractor shall contract with a licensed fire protection contractor approved by the Landlord
for the design and installation of a new sprinkler system or modifications to the existing system.
2. Tenant's contractor's fire protection contractor is liable for compliance with all national, state, and
local fire protection requirements including, but not limited to, NFPA e416.
