Dear Bill;
Concerning the two pre -manufactured concrete modules purchased by Charles
Gormley and to be erected at Laurel and 2nd streets.
I have evaluated the design information of the concrete used in the casting
as to bearing capacity, also I have performed design calculations on the
reinforcing used in the,units to ascertain structural integrity.
It is my professinal opinion, based on my research and calculations, that th
units are structually sound and safe to be erected on the foundation
I have designed.
I would suggest, thoui.• that final C,O. be held until I have made a visual D
inspection of the erected units to determine if any structural damage was
done during transporation and erection. 0O
