' I. Base for studs, phenolic treated 2Y4 inch lumber.
II. Studs placed at sixteen inches separation distance, without
fire Creaks, because there will be no interior facing of the
stud walls.
III. The 10At1, denotes siding of first quality, applied to the
exterior of the aforementioned studs, (vertical).
IV. Ceiling, open rafters with a horizontal height of eighty-four
(84) inches above concrete slab.
V. Overhead detailia of the.. -addition appears on drawing two,
entitled ELEVATION PLAN.

Details: "A":"Roof, 2X6 joist, rafters(inches),sheeted with
first grade exterior one inch plywood. covered by
one layer of 90# felt, and fibreglass shingles.
Rafters on 24 inch centers, secured to base by steel
strapping.
"B" Flashing to existing structure.
"C" First quality exterior siding.
"D" Corner columns, 4X4 inch Spruce lumber.
Notes I. Base plates to be phenolic treate'd,.as well as the
vertical studs, including the corner columns.
II. Roof "overhang", to be'open.
!I!. There will be NO interier faeing ef the stads,
hence fire -breaks are z at required.

` GENERAL INFORMATION concerning ADDITIONS TO 828 CATALINA DRIVE
I. Legal description of said property: Amended; --plat, Magnolia
Heights, plat book five(5), page 76 of Seminole'County record,
the State of Florida. Inclusive on the amended plat, lots
numbered 111, and 112, constitute perimeters of the property.
II. All alterations to said property will be performed in compliance
to Seminole county building code regulations, as presently,
published for the year 1983.
III. All alterations to said property, notably, the utility room,
WILL not extend east or west of existing structure lines.
IV. Construction/alteration to take place on lot 111, one -hundred
and eleven of the aforementioned and described property.
Note: The amendments to Magnolia Heights are dated in record, 1926.
