CEILING PLAN.
PLUMBING GENERAL NOTES:
1. ALL DRAINAGE PIPING AND VENT PIPING 4" AND LESS SHALL BE PITCHED 1/4" PER FT.
2, ALL DRAINAGE WASTE AND VENT PIPING SHALL CONFORM TO ALL STATE AND
LOCAL CODES.
3. FIELD CONDITIONS WILL DICTATE ACTUAL DRAINAGE PIPING MODIFICATIONS. PC TO
VERIFY ACTUAL FIELD CONDITIONS AND MAKE APPROPRIATE MODIFICATIONS TO
ACHIEVE NEW FIXTURE LAYOUT
4. EXIST. DRAINS TO BE MODIFIED AS NECE55ARY TO ACCOMMODATE THE
INSTALLATION OF NEW PLUMBING FIXTURES. PIPING TO CONFORM TO
ALL LOCAL AND STATE PLUMBING CODES.

HVAC GENERAL NOTES:
SCOPE OF WORK
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL ITEMS, ARTICLES, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS,
APPLIANCES, MATERIALS AND METHODS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETED SYSTEMS.
PROVIDE ALL LABOR, SCAFFOLDING SUPPORTS, SUPERVISION AND INCIDENTALS
REQUIRED TO MODIFY THE SYSTEMS COMPLETE AND IN GOOD OPERATING
CONDITION.
MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION WORK

A. MC: THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE HEATING, VENTILATING,
AIR CONDITIONING AND MECHANICAL WORK,
GC: THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE GENERAL BUILDING WORK.
EC: THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE ELECTRICAL WORK.
PC: THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE PLUMBING WORK,
TO: THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL WORK,
I. THE PRIME CONTRACTOR FOR THE MECHANICAL WORK IS HEREBY
DESIGNATED AS THE MC AND RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE SPECIFIED
MG AND TG WORK.
2. IT 15 UNDERSTOOD THAT ALL WORK ON THE MECHANICAL DOCUMENTS
IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LANDLORDS MC, EXCEPT AS NOTED OTHERWISE.
3. MO SHALL INSPECT ALL THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK
PERTAINING TO HIS TRADE(S).
INSTALLATION
A. ALL WORK DESCRIBED IN THE DOCUMENTS AND ALL WORK REQUIRED BY
THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE EXECUTED IN A THOROUGHLY SUBSTANTIAL AND
CRAFTS MANLIKE MANNER BY SKILLED MECHAN105 IN THE VARIOUS TRADES
INVOLVED. FOLLOW MANUFACTURERS' INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING,
CONNECTING AND ADJUSTING ALL EOU1PMENT.
B. THE CONTRACTORS SHALL VERIFY THAT ALL MATERIALS THEY OR THEIR
SUPPLIERS SELECT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE DOCUMENTS.
TRANSMITTAL OF DOCUMENTS INFORMATION TO MANUFACTURES SUPPLYING
MATERIALS, AND ADHERENCE TO THESE REQUIREMENTS 15 THE CONTRACTORS'
RESPONSIBILITY. APPROVAL OF A MATERIAL, SYSTEM OR INSTALLATION OF SUCH
DOES NOT RELEASE THE CONTRACTORS OF THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR
PROVIDING MATERIALS OR SYSTEMS WHICH COMPLY IN ALL RESPECTS WITH
THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
B. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RELOCATE EXISTING DIFFUSERS, DAMPERS AND DUCT
WORK ETC. SO MECHANICAL SUPPLY AND RETURN SYSTEM CONFORMS TO THE
NEW REFLECTED CEILING PLAN,
