WITHIN (1) ONE YEAR AFTER SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF WORK. THE CORRECTION OF SUCH WORK

6, THE CONTRACTOR 15 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ALL BUILDING MATERIAL AND/OR
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FROM THE SPACE. THE OWNER, ARCHITECT AND AGENTS THEREOF SHALL
ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DISCOVERY, PRESENCE, HANDLING, REMOVAL OR DISPOSAL
