may be used either with. Wire Mesh or instead of Wire Mesh.
2. Stetnwall Footings:
a. 8" x 16" 2,500 psi Concrete is required for Single Story w/ 2 Continuous #5 .Rebar and
12" x 20" 2,500 psi Concrete is Required for Two Story w/ 3 Continuous #5 Rebar.
b. All Coticrete is to be a minimum of 2,500 psi at 28 days, Bearing on. Solid Virgin Soil or
to be placed on Soils Compacted to 98% Min, Density.
3. Monolithic Footings:
a, 20" x 16" 2,500 psi Concrete is required for Single Story w/ 2 continuous #5 Rebar and.
20" x 20" 2,500 psi Concrete is required, for Two Story w/ 3 continuous #5 Rebar.
b. All Concrete is to be 2,500 psi at 28 .Days on Virgin Soils or on Soils Compacted to 98% Min.
Density.
4. Where shown, Cores of Concrete :Bloch are to be filled w/ 2,500 psi Concreteand "1 - #5 Rebar
froth .Footer to Lintel.
5. Rein -forcing Steel shall be ASTM-615 Grade 40, Deformed New Billet Steel conforming to AC130,
AC 1315, AC 1318 and CRSI Manual of Standard Practices Latest Edition.
6. All Continuous Verticle and Horizontal Reinforcing Steel in Footings, Beams and Columns shall be
Lap Spliced a Min. of 25
7. Concrete Cover ofReinforcing Steel shall be a Min. of 3".
8. Concrete Masonary Units shall be ASTM C90 - 75 Hollow Load Bearing Concrete Masonary Units
