Foundation Design Notes
1. Concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 PSI at 28 days.
2. Reinforcing Bars shall be ASTM A615 Grade 60 Steel.
3. Concrete footings were designed using a soil-beoring torce of 250 lbs./sq, ft.
per foot of depth Lateral. If this soil condition does not exist, it is the Erect-
or's responsibility to have a new base designed for the existing soil conditions
by a Licensed Structural Engineer.
4. Anchor bolts are to be manufactured according to AASHTO specification
M314-90 Grade 55.
