SITE VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. THE ARCHITECT HAS NOT MADE A FIELD INSPECTION OF THE EXISTING

SAM'S SHALL OCCUPY THE BUILDING DURING CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR
CONDITIONS AND THE DRAWINGS INDICATE ASSUMED EXISTING CONDITIONS
SHALL COORDINATE WITH SAM'S AND THE WAL*MART CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
PREDICATED ON THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, IT IS THE
ALL CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES WHICH WILL INTERFERE WITH THE NORMAL DAILY
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS
OPERATIONS OF THE CLUB. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM
PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF HIS BID AND TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF
SAM'S FOR ALL INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITY SERVICES TO THE EXISTING BUILDING
ANY WORK.
PRIOR TO THE INTERRUPTION. ACCIDENTAL INTERRUPTIONS SHALL BE REMEDIED
IMMEDIATELY WITH APPROPRIATE FORCES.
2. THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AND DRAWN ASSUMING
EXISTING BUILDING CONDITIONS MATCH THE ORIGINAL DRAWINGS. THE

MANAGER AND THE ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY TO DETERMINE WHAT ACTION
MERCHANDISE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY SAM'S THE REPLACEMENT COST OF
SHOULD BE TAKEN TO MATCH THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. THE BEGINNING
ALL DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
OF WORK BY THE CONTRACTOR MEANS ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXISTING
