Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

2. Framing members are fastened to a C.M.U. using 1/4" diameter concrete anchors with a minimum 1-3/4" embedment into solid concrete.
3. Framing members are fastened to a wood framed wall using a (Min.) # 10 wood screw with a (Min.) I" thread penetration.
4. Framing members are fastened @ max. 24" O.C., regardless of C.M.U., wood, or to another aluminum frame member.
5. There shall be a fastener within 4" of every 90 degree corner or upright in either direction but not required to be in both directions.

1. There shall be no debris or roots within the foundation.
2. The foundation shall be a minimum of2,500 p.s.i. concrete
over 6-mil. vapor barrier on clean, well
compacted termite treated soil.
3. 2,000 P.S.F. (MIN.) soil bearing capactiy.
4. At all interfaces of existing and new concrete foundation, reinforcement
bars shall have 6" (MIN.) embedment into existing concrete using
Simpson SEX-XP Epoxy with the minimum required lap (TYP.).
