These designs might also be good the T Shirt • Stick with the celery city but Change to "Sanford Museum" and the date to "Est. 1957" • Chive shirt of Henry Sanford with 3D glasses • Henry Sanford is turning 200 this year, promotion for that New Year New Programs ideas and how to promote: Ideas we have: January • History Con (Offsite) -Haven't heard anything, but is held in Deland • #ColorOurCollection (Social Media) • Use images from the 1920's chamber of commerce • Try to get teachers in the program to give their children to color them H • Love Letters Exhibit in Lobby • Should have an event to celebrate the exhibit • February Stn • Should have limited seating. 40 people, tickets $5 each • "Sweet & Sour" Where one table will be "Sweet" where they make Valentine's day cards and one table is "Sour" where you make vinegar cards. Vinegar cards are a tradition from the late 191h century to the early 20th century where they were cards with "insults". • Give a lecture on Henry Sanford and his many "Loves" • Need to make an event on FB, press release, for next marketing meeting March Chase Panel with Episcopal Church • Working with Holy Cross for their 150th • They are taking care of most of it • The event is the 16th • Chase Exhibit in Lobby April and May Spring Fling • Yes, and since focusing on bikes we should invite the bike stores • Ask them to do a bike ride, like the one done at the Florida Emancipation Day • Invite Trust, and Ixora Garden club • Rosie Tea Company should be invited • Try to partner with that one person who made charcuterie boards for the Garden tour May 6th English Bicycle and Tennis Club Exhibit in Lobby June Robert Casement Exhibit in Lobby or Pink Room Sanford LGBTQIA? (Sanford Pride contacted 11/12/2022) July Robert Casement Exhibit in Lobby or Pink Room • Casement complicated, focus on media that has been made because of his friendship with Conrad? • Ritz 100 Years Event? 2 • Henry Sanford is turning 200 so we should do something on him • Revamp our exhibit • Lecture Website • We need to get the website.
