Old Business:
• T -Shirt Designs and sales
Approved
o T-shirts are selling well. An order needs to be placed for additional inventory.
o Discussion with the Marketing Working Group about anew design such as the
Celery City edition from 1910 and changing it to The Sanford Museum est. 1957.
T-shirts can be ordered from Sunshine State Threads.
• Holiday Party was a success and enjoyed by approximately 40 guests. Donation funds
were used to purchase items for the party.
New Business:
Discuss exhibits planned for January —July 2023.
• All events were agreed upon and ideas were shared about how to make the Henry
Shelton Sanford's 200th birthday event interesting as well as successful.

• Brigitte Stephenson also discussed the possiblilty of increasing the fee schedule for
research and copies as well as implementing a charge for group tours.
• The Museum will participate in History event with the Museum of Arts and Sciences, of
Daytona Beach.
