AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1990 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH AND EAST OF
HIDDEN LAKE SUBDIVISION FROM SR-1AA (SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO SR-1
(SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING RESIDENTIAL); FROM AG
(AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO SR-1 (SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING RESIDENTIAL); FROM AG
(AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO SR-1 (SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT AND
FROM SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING
RESIDENTIAL) TO SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
S~CTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1990 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 27, 1988, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
PARCEL 1: SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1AA (Single Family
Dwelling Residential) District to SR-1 (Single Family Dwelling
Residential) District.
PARCEL 2: SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AG (Agriculture) District
to SR-1 (Single Family Dwelling Residential) District.
PARCEL 3: SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
be and the sane is hereby rezoned from AG (Agriculture) District
to SR-1 (Single Family Dwelling Residential) District.
PARCEL 4: SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1A (Single Family
Dwelling Residential) District to SR-1 (Single Family Dwelling
Residential) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are~ hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

degrees West 349.52 feet North 90 feet South 65 degrees East 349.52 feet South 90
feet to Beginning.

Section 10, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, North 1/2 of Government Lot 2
(LESS East 660 feet and West 565.2 feet and South 34S.71 feet).
AND
Section 10, Township 20 South, Range 30 East begin at intersection of East line
of West 481.71 feet of Government Lot 2 and Sanford Grant Line run North 65
degrees West 349.52 feet North 90 feet South 65 degrees East 349.52 feet South 90
feet to Beginning.

W 33'+ to Point of Beginning; thence run S 89 37'51" E 70'+; thence along Sanford
GranF Line S 63 50'57" E 200'+; thence S 00 48'34" W 1Y0'+; thence parallel to
Sanford Grant Line S 63 50'57'FE 350'_+; thence S 89 37'54" ~ 190'+; thence 400'+
N 00 48'31" E; thence 100'+ N 63 50'57" W to a Point on the shor~ of Lake Lock
