management districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Tien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review foe at the time of permit submittal, A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

for a period of one (1) year from the completion of any electrical work performed by this ContractorwithsaidOwner/Agent within an area of fifty (50) miles radius from this job site. PERFORMANCE:

Electric agrees that where a written construction schedule is provided with the signing of this proposal
and fails to comply with said schedule Strada Electric shall pay all overtime costs necessary to completeconstructioninatimelymanner. If
a written construction schedule is not provided with the signing of thisproposal, Strada Electric shall not
pay for any overtime to complete project and any overtime required shall be considered an extra and authorization
shall be required according to CHANGES AND EXTRAS referred to below. Reasonable time
shall be given to Strada Electric to complete each phase of the electrical job. MATERIALS
AND EQUIPMENT: All
material and equipment shall be as warranted by the manufacturer and will be installed in a manner consistent
with standard practices at this time. It is agreed that title to all material required (for the purpose
of this proposal) to remain the property of Strada Electric until paid in full. It is understood that
Strada Electric shall have the authorization to enter upon owner/contractor property for the purpose ofrepossessingmaterialandequipmentwhetherornotinstalledwithoutliabilitytoowner/contractor for EXCLUSIONS:
This
proposal does not include drywall repair, concrete, forming, painting, patching, trenching, core drilling, venting and sealing of roofpenetrations. All waste created by electrical contractor will be removed
to a specific area on the construction site unless noted above. CHANGE
ORDERS: Any
deviation, alteration or changes from this proposal will be executed only on receipt of written work order.
Said charges shall in no way affect or make void the proposal. Charges for changes or modification
to this proposal will be based on a labor rate of eighty-nine ($89.00) dollars per man-hour. Thislaborrateincludeslabor, labor benefits, supervision, overhead, warranty, and other cost. Material shallbechargedatcontractor's list price.
Strada Electric must receive written authorization by any of the individuals listed below prior to
commencement ofthe work. NO WORK SHALL COMMENCE UNTIL THIS ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTOR RECEIVES WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.

Electrical installation shall meet the National Electrical Code and local building codes. Errors in designbythearchitectand/or engineer are not the responsibility ofStrada Electric . Any additional outlets,
wiring, fixtures, equipment, etc. not indicated on plans and specifications that are required by other (i.e., Inspectors) shall not be part of this proposal. Proposed price may change based on any new electrical

Electrical Contractor shall not be responsible for fixtures and equipment supplied by others and lossesduetotheft, damage, vandalism, etc. are not the responsibility of Strada Electric . Fixtures andequipmentmustbestoredbyothers.
Price does not cover:
1) The warranty of fixtures and equipment supplied by others.
2) The assembly offixtures and/or equipment supplied by others.
3) Fixtures weighing more than fifty (50) pounds.
4) Equipment supplied by others (except fixtures according to conditions above) shall beinstalledbyothers.
WARRANTY:
Warranties shall apply exclusively to the electrical installation of the material, fixtures, equipment, andotheritemssuppliedbytheelectricalcontractorforaperiodof (1) year.
Warranty does not apply to:
1) Material, fixtures, equipment and other items supplied by others.
2) Extensions or additions to the original installation if made by others.
Warranty shall commence from the final electrical inspection date for a maximum period of one (1) year. Warranty or service will not be performed if any payments according to this proposal become past dueincludingchangeorders.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE:
Failure to perform if prevented by strikes, or other labor disputes, accidents, acts of God, governmental
or municipal regulation or interference, shortages of labor or materials, delays in transportation, non -
availability ofthe same from manufacturer or supplier, or other causes beyond electrical contractor's
OWNER/CONTRACTOR DEFAULTS:
Owner/contractor will be in default if:
1) Any payment called for under this proposal and all authorized change orders become past d'
2) Any written agreement made by the owner/contractor is not promptly performed.
3) Any conditions warranted by the owner/contractor prove to be untrue.
4) Failure ofowner/contractor to comply with any ofthe conditions of this proposal.
